For Save-A-Lot franchisee, focus on quality, service sets stores apart

Jeffrey L. Proulx owns eight Save-A-Lot grocery stores across the north country and Southern Tier. He employs about 180 people. He’s been in the business for more than 25 years, and his father was a grocer before him. One might say he has grocery business in his blood.
