WATERTOWN — Fresh off a victory in a federal trademark infringement lawsuit in Manhattan, Watertown’s Car-Freshner Corp. is challenging a nonprofit organization’s use of an air freshener design similar to Car-Freshner’s patented “Little Trees.” [Read more…]
